WEtech Alliance Nerd Olympics

The WEtech Alliance Nerd Olympics brings together the Windsor-Essex tech community in a fun team-building competition to challenge the mind & body.

Teams of nerds will compete in a series of 6 events held over a 3 month period from September to November 2016. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers in each event will receive a medal - 3D printed by Kelcom 3D & RapidAM - with the team that earns the most points overall earning the coveted Nerd Cup.

Opening Ceremonies & Event I: Virtual Gaming powered by Silver Tee Golf & Virtual Gaming Centre - Tuesday, September 13th 5:30-8:30pm

Event II: Rock Climbing powered by Windsor Rock Gym - Monday, September 26th 5:30-8:30pm

Event III: Laser Tag powered by Zap Zone - Wednesday, October 12th 5:30-8:30pm

Event IV: Bowling powered by Superbowl Lanes - Saturday, October 29th 3-6pm

Event V: Escape Room powered by Hidden Trail - Different dates/times throughout the week of November 7th (specific time slots coming soon on a first come, first serve basis)

Closing Ceremonies & Event VI: Ping Pong powered by B.V.’s House of Pong - Wednesday, November 23rd 5:30-8:30pm

EVENT DETAILS:

There is no limit to how many members a team can have, however each event will require FOUR (4) members per team. Teams are free to use the same 4 players for each game or interchange participants from game to game.

Limit of TWO (2) teams per company. **Please note that company teams will be invoiced for their entry fee separately at a later date.**
